The Need for Universal Sane Revolution

First of all ,I would like to make it clear that the phrase 'Sane Revolution' has not originally been coined by me . I, possibly, picked it up from D H Lawrence . This again should not mislead the reader that I am a fan of D H Lawrence as I am certainly not, but this phrase seemed to me to be almost the true representative of some of my ideas about an urgently required revolution and so I chose it for my use .
It may seem rather insane, but by and by , I have come to believe that democracy may turn an evil in itself if not meticulously guarded against the dishonest intentions of many an unscrupluous politician . Let me quote some lines from William Shakespeare :-
" The devil knew not what he did ,
When he made man politic ;
He crossed himself by it :
And I cannot think ,
But in the end
The villainies of man will set him clear ."(Timon of Athens, Act-3 ,Sc.-3)
[The punctuation has been slightly altered .]
So , we must be wary of the dangers that the democratic system , if not properly contrlled and qualified , may pose to us . In India , I find that democracy is mostly castocracy, the ugly and unfair play of caste-based politics .
It is essential for us to improve our understanding and our collective resposibilities as the denizens of this globe . With this in view and the locale of Bihar , a province of India , I wrote a novel 'The Rebirth of Mahatma' in 2000 . It was published but couldnot be distributed properly or couldnot attract people but my attempts continue and you join me in your own way if you find me truthful and if this responsibility is really yours and mine, and so ,ours .
